In Switzerland, there is no larger television industry event than the “Screen Up” convention in Zurich – and no bigger star of magic than Marco Tempest. This year the two came together to set attendance records before more than 800 top programming execs from throughout the Swiss television community. Sponsored by Star TV Switzerland, Marco created a multiplatform performance that started with a teaser invitational video made available online for the attendees and culminated in a live reveal of the impossible prediction in a 30-minute special show. Marco’s performance was presented by Star TV Switzerland as a special closing treat of the convention. The annual event is organized by Publicitas Cinecom & Media AG, IP Multimedia (Schweiz) AG, publisuisse SA, RTL Group and SevenOne Media (Schweiz) AG, and presents programming highlights of the coming season and features roundtable talks by many of the most prominent players in the European television landscape.
